  4. You must provide your goods and stationaries (notepads, pens, cups, napkins, banners etc.) the day before the event between 1 pm and 9 pm. 
  5. You must set up your own tea stall, banners etc. 
  6. You must organise them in your specific allocated spots. 
  7. You must not generate noise that inconveniences the participants or the event.
