Oral & poster Presentations at conferenceIt is the aim of Punarnava Ayurveda Trust and the Conference to motivate the students to go deeper into the study and practice of authentic Ayurveda and other Indian Knowledge Systems. Keeping with this objective, the Conference will feature an opportunity for the students to showcase their thoughts through the Presentation, which can supplement the theme of the Conference.
Presentations Selected abstracts will get opportunity for Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation, based on merit. All Registered Students are eligible for submission of abstracts, and the Scrutiny Committee will select the abstracts; the results will be intimated by email Topics For your presentation, you may please choose from any one of the topics of the below three sections. (III) Ayurveda Lifestyle, Global Healing and Well-Being Contribution of Ayurveda in Global Healing and Health Care Communicating the Wisdom of Ayurveda for the Global Community Strategies and Tactics for Localizing Ayurveda (in Other Parts of the World) Dialogue of Ayurveda and Other Healing Systems: Comparison and Collaboration Adopting the Ayurveda Lifestyle: Challenges, Opportunities and Benefits Ecological Wisdom of Ayurveda: Contributions to Healing Earth and All Living Beings Abstracts * Abstract need to be in not more than 300 words, with 12 point size in Times New Roman font. * Abstracts should reach us at conference @punarnava.org before October 15, 2015. * The poster board surface area has to be 4 feet high and 6 feet wide. * Prepare a label for the poster. Letter size of this section should not be less than 1 inch (72 points). All other letters should be at least of 24 point size; If hand written, write with a regular felt-tip pen (not fine point). Oral Presentation The selected papers need to be submitted to the Committee on or before November 01, 2015. The time for the presentation will be limited to 9 Minutes; 7 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion. Poster Presentation A well-constructed poster need to be self-explanatory, and not just answering obvious questions. Particular points of interest will then be needed to be supplemented in discussion. Successful poster presentations are those which can achieve both coverage and clarity. You can give brief Information statements of Introduction, Method, Subject, Procedure, Result and Inference, in addition to a Title/ Author label. Indicate the order of the matter with Numbers, Letters or Arrows when necessary. Your contribution to Ayurveda This is your opportunity to express your unique thoughts, and share your knowledge at the Conference. Punarnava Ayurveda Trust would be happy to showcase your thoughts to the world, at this ideal platform. The best three Posters will be rewarded, and Punarnava Ayurveda Trust will take further care of this intellectual property, for the cause of Ayurveda.
